Admission Procedure

  1. The school session is from April to March.

  2. A boy or girl should be 3+ years old for admission to Nursery.

  3. The Principal / Manager will have the sole right to decide in the matter of admission.

  4. At the time of admission , the parents must submit an authentic exact date of birth certificate and other required certificates.

  5. A candidates who has attended any other school, cannot be admitted without a Transfer Certificate from the school he last attended.

  6. Any pressure on the school authorities for granting admission will disqualify a candidate.

  7. Admission will be granted to the class for which the candidate is suitable.

  8. If the child is admitted in the middle of the session , the tuition fee will have to be paid from that month.

  9. No fee will be refunded in case of cancellation of admission.

Fee Payment

  1. The tuition fees is to be paid by 25th of every month. If the fee is not paid on time , the students will not be permitted to attend the class.

  2. The school fee once paid is not refundable.

  3. Reduction on tuition fee is given only in case of three and four own  siblings.

  4. The tuition fee of April  is to be paid in April with the Annual Charges. In the month of March before the Annual Exam Tuition Fees and all other dues must be paid. Otherwise , the student will not be allowed to attend the classes and exam.

  5. Parents and guardians will kindly keep the receipts issued to them and produce them in proof of payment of fee if needed.

  6. If T.C. ( Transfer Certificate ) is taken in the middle of the academic year , a student has to pay the school tuition fee for the remaining months of that Academic Year.

  7. The fee structure may be revised yearly to meet the constant fluctuation in the cost of living and the commodities.

Institutional Policy

SUSPENSION AND DISMISSAL

The principal and the Manager reserve to themselves the right to dismiss from the school any student whose conduct is in their opinion against the good moral tone to the school.

Immorality in word or deed, willful damage to school property, grave insubordination , contempt to any school authority, unsatisfactory progress in studies and lack of elegance and stealing are sufficient grounds for dismissal or suspension.

The Principal and the manager are the sole judges regarding the dismissal of a student and parent/guardians when they apply for their child’s admission to St. Joseph’s Convent School Konmenjra are understood to accept their judgement in such matters as final.
